The Parks, City Properties and main thoroughfares’ medians (e.g., Scenic Drive, 2nd St, Davis Ave) are maintained by the City’s Beautification Department. 

Note: Beautification does not maintain all street right-of-ways as many are maintained by the City’s Public Works Department.

The Park Commission and the Beautification Department have put in place a permit requirement for all parks. Permits are required for all events that are held in the parks. Please fill out the Permit and Hold Harmless Agreement for your event. It needs to be approved, fees collected and then a copy of the permit and agreement will be mailed back to you. The permit and agreement needs to be completed and approved no later than one business week before the event. Please have the permit and agreement on hand during your scheduled event.

Located on Fleitas Ave. and Scenic Dr. – Get Directions

The Pass Christian Memorial Park, Featuring a Gazebo, lush grass lawn, picnic tables with grills under the Oak trees is the perfect place for your Wedding or Family get-together. (reservations available).

 If this is a Special event then also please fill out and return this Event form as well at least 90 days prior to the event.

A special event is defined as one or more of the following situations occur: (1) Outdoor entertainment is being offered; (2) An admission fee is charged; (3) Vendors sell food products/wares; (4) Carnival games/amusement rides are offered; (5) Attendance is double the estimated population in the area where the event is to be held; (6) Purpose of event is a fundraiser; (7) It interferes with parking, safe movement of pedestrians and/or vehicular traffic in the area; (8) Alcoholic beverages are sold; or (9) a sports tournament is involved.

The Davis Pavilion

Located on Davis Ave. and Second St., just one block off Hwy 90 – Get Directions

The Davis Avenue Pavilion features lighting, electrical outlets, water faucet, ample parking, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The Pavilion is aproximately 30′ by 50′. Tables and chairs are not provided.

If you would like to rent the Pavilion please fill out the Permit and Hold Harmless Agreement for your event. It needs to be approved, fees collected and then a copy of the permit and agreement will be mailed back to you. The permit and agreement needs to be completed and approved no later than one business week before the event. Please have the permit and agreement on hand during your scheduled event. Trinity Dog Park

Trinity Dog Park in the Pass

325 St Louis Street, Pass Christian, MS – Get Directions

The Trinity Dog Park in the Pass is located at 325 St. Louis Street. The dog park was made possible by the City of Pass Christian, Trinity Episcopal Church, Pass Christian Main Street, generous donations from the community and a grant from the Jack A. and Trudy W. Wilson Animal Welfare Fund through the Gulf Coast Community Foundation.

Rickey Levy Harbor Park

The Ricky Levy West Harbor Park features two covered pavilions with grills and playgrounds and beach volleyball (first come, first served).

Randolph Center

315 Clark Ave, Pass Christian, MS – Get Directions

The Randolph Center is a Multi Use Facility, housing the Senior Citizens Center as well as offering a wing of the building, available to rent for private parties and meetings.

There is a full kitchen available for use and New Carpeting has been recently installed. Currently also being used for The Pass Christian Theater Project.

To make a reservation please come by City hall at 200 W. Scenic Dr. or for information please contact City hall at (228) 452-3310×101.

M-F during normal business hours there is a $50.00 nonrefundable rental fee, however, the fee is waived for non-profit organizations.

M-F after city hours and holidays or Sat, Sun Rental fee is $125.00/day
Non refundable cleaning deposit $100.00

The City will have at least one employee or other person on the premises during your event.
