   1. Consider a courtesy review of a Re-Subdivision for creating 3 or more lots requested by applicant Heather Calder. See attached survey and property information. (Parcel #0412I-01-002.000) Espy Avenue, located in a T3R Transect Zone.

2. Other Business/Public Comment
   2. Consider discussing Sector G-3 for future land use. Attached is research from Development Code 2.0 as no reference of Sector G-3 is mentioned in Development Code 3.0. Jennifer Rivera will conduct a short presentation with her findings for Planning Commissioners.
