New Business
1. Consider approving the application of 0 Everett Street/Jessica Ochsner (Tax Parcel No. 0313L-01-048.000, Lot 4, Block 51, requesting a variance to construct an outbuilding on a parcel without a primary structure in the City of Pass Christian, MS, a T4L Transect Zone.
2. Consider approving the application for the corner of Cedar Avenue and Bayview Street/WPS Development, LLC (Tax Parcel Nos. 0313E-01-019.000, 0313E-01-021.000, 0213H-02-001.001) requesting to rezone parcels that contain both Transect Zones of T4+ and T5C to solely the T5C Transect Zone.
3. Consider approving the application of 513 E. Scenic Drive/Chris & Ashley Bass (Tax Parcel No. 0413E-01-002.000) requesting a variance to exceed the maximum size of an outbuilding in the City of Pass Christian, MS, a T3E Transect Zone.
