THERE WILL BE A TREE BOARD ON THURSDAY, JUNE 20TH AT 2PM IN THE CODE OFFICE CONFERENCE ROOM FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE BELOW AGENDA ITEMS:
1. Consider Tree Application approval of Janelle Robbins regarding Lot 16 – Victoria Lane for the removal of (1) large Live Oak Tree that is marked off with an orange flag. During the meeting of May 16th, the Tree Board tabled this application and recommended the applicant be present.
2. Consider Tree Application approval of Ault Hootsell for removal of (2) Magnolia Trees in the front of the property and in the back of the property that are greater than by-right removal located at 1020 East Second Street.
3. Consider Tree Application approval for Denise Staines for the removal of (1) Live Oak Tree in the back of the property that is greater than by-right removal located at 148 Youngswood Loop.
4. Consider Tree Application approval of Dana Montgomery for removal of (4) tree groups on the property that are greater than by-right removal located at a vacant lot (Tax Parcel #0313G-02-103.000) on Leovy. Please see the tax map attached. The areas are marked out with orange ribbon.
5. Consider Tree Application approval of Glenn Mueller for the removal of (1) Magnolia Tree on the property that is damaged and diseased located at 709 East Scenic Drive. Applicant plans to replace with minimum of (4) Live Oak Trees by January 2025.
