THERE WILL BE A TREE BOARD MEETING ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2024, AT 2PM IN THE CODE OFFICE CONFERENCE ROOM FOR THE BELOW ITEM:
1. Consider the Tree Application approval of Michael Christovich for the removal of (1) Magnolia Tree that is greater than by right removal located in front yard of 829 East Scenic Drive. The tree is dead and limbs have started to fall off causing a liability on the property and East Scenic Drive.
2. Consider the Tree Application approval of Jonathan Allen for the removal of several Pine Trees that are greater than by right removal located across the entire lot at 000 Henderson Avenue, Tax Parcel # 0312K-03-026.006. The applicant is pending a lot clearing permit for a new proposed residence.
3. Consider the Tree Application approval of 162 Holiday LLC for the removal of (1) Magnolia Tree that is greater than by right removal in the front yard located at 162 Holiday Avenue. The tree is causing a hardship for risk/liability to the home, driveway and a blocking the line of sight.
4. Consider the Tree Application approval of Jerry Kelly for the removal of (12) Pine Trees that are greater than by right removal located across the entire lot at 0 Henderson Avenue, Tax Parcel # 0312N-02-023.000. The trees are marked with orange ribbon. The applicant is pending a lot clearing permit for new proposed residence.
5. Consider the Tree Application approval of Tim & Patti Davis for the removal of (2) Live Oak Trees greater than by right removal located in the backyard of 124 Fleitas Avenue. The Trees are marked with orange ribbon. The trees are creating a hardship for limiting and compromising the homeowner’s property for structural growth.
6. Consider the Tree Application approval of Trinity Park Subdivision for the removal of (30) trees ranging in difference species that are greater than by right removal located across the lot at the corner of Henderson & Highway 90. Tax Parcel #0313G-05-009.000.
