TREE BOARD SPECIAL MEETING

THERE WILL BE A SPECIAL MEETING FOR THE TREE BOARD ON THURSDAY, MAY 16 TH AT 2PM IN THE CODE OFFICE CONFERENCE ROOM FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE BELOW AGENDA ITEMS:

  1. Consider Tree Application approval of Kristi Mong for the removal of (4) trees at the address of 213 Henderson Ave. Of these trees, (#1) 42” Live Oak – Removal, (#2) 24” Oak – Removal, (#3) 36” Oak – Removal, & (#4) 36” Oak – Removal. Please see the arborist report.
  2. Consider Tree Application approval of Isaac Keel for the removal of a Southern Magnolia tree at the address of 137 Spence Drive. The roots are cut into the swimming pool foundation. Please see the arborist report and additional (2) Water Oak trees greater than by-right removal from the Stump & Grind that are being requested to be removed.
  3. Consider Tree Application approval of Mike Herrington for the removal of (3) Live Oak Trees greater than by right removal in the back yard by the shed located at 143 Forest Road. They are marked off with orange flags.
  4. Consider Tree Application approval of Janelle Robbins regarding Lot 16 – Victoria Lane for the removal of a large Live Oak Tree that is marked off with an orange flag.
  5. Consider Tree Application approval of Rodney Evans for removal of 2 trees in the front of the property and in the back of the property that are greater than by-right removal located at 360 Henderson Avenue. He believes that they are Water Oaks.
  6. Consider Tree Application approval of Jacob & Jane Mattina for removal of 2 Live Oak trees in the front of the property and in the back of the property residing at 1219 E Beach Blvd; all are greater than by right removal. They are both in clusters with root systems that intertwine. They are in the process of building and would like to remove them to build.
  7. Consider Tree Application approval Zack Adams for the removal of a Magnolia residing at 1102 Demourelle Road. The tree greater than by right removal and is in the way of building on his property, and he would like to request to move the tree to continue to build.
